Managed Portfolio Utility Operations
Development complete · Ready for deployment Explore the case study01 / Case Study
Dominion Financial is a real estate financing company serving investors and real estate professionals, with operations connected to a substantial portfolio of residential properties.
Managing a portfolio of this scale requires more than financing expertise. Behind the scenes, hundreds of properties generate utility bills, payment responsibilities, accounting records, and maintenance-related tasks that must be handled accurately and consistently.
With utility management workflows spanning more than 900 properties, Dominion Financial partnered with Strat AI Solutions to modernize a critical part of its operations through custom automation.
02 / Case Study
Imagine managing electricity and water accounts for more than 900 properties, each with different occupancy statuses, payment responsibilities, and billing activity.
For Dominion Financial, utility management involved coordinating information across multiple disconnected systems, including property management software, utility provider portals, and accounting tools.
The process required several important steps:
At this scale, repetitive administrative work can consume significant employee time and create opportunities for errors.
The challenge wasn't simply paying utility bills. It was coordinating an entire operational workflow across hundreds of properties without losing accuracy, visibility, or control.
Dominion needed a solution that could connect its existing systems, handle repetitive tasks automatically, and keep its team involved where human judgment mattered.
03 / Case Study
Rather than introducing another disconnected software platform, Strat AI Solutions developed a custom utility management system designed around Dominion Financial's existing operations.
The completed system brings several previously separate processes into one coordinated workflow.
The system retrieves electricity and water billing information from BGE and Baltimore City utility portals, eliminating the need to individually navigate hundreds of accounts as part of the intended workflow.
By connecting with Dominion's existing property management systems, the automation determines payment responsibility using occupancy information, property records, and billing dates. Tenant-responsible accounts can be excluded from Dominion's payment workflow.
The system evaluates utility consumption against established thresholds, flagging unusual activity that may require investigation. Depending on the situation, it can prepare notifications or maintenance work orders for staff review.
Automation handles bill collection and payment preparation, while Dominion's authorized employees retain control over payment execution. The system generates a consolidated report for review before approved payments are submitted.
Instead of preparing hundreds of individual accounting entries, the system generates a QuickBooks-compatible journal entry file, allowing property-level expenses to be imported in a single step.
A consolidated reporting workflow provides visibility into payment statuses, tenant responsibilities, and exceptions. Activity records are designed to be stored in Dominion's existing database, supporting traceability and accountability.
The result of the development engagement is a completed, custom-built system designed to handle a complex, multi-platform operational process while preserving human oversight.
04 / Case Study
Strat AI Solutions has completed development of Dominion Financial's custom utility management automation system.
The completed build establishes the foundation for several significant improvements:
The system is designed to manage utility-related processes across more than 900 properties through a unified automation workflow rather than a collection of disconnected tasks.
Automated bill retrieval, payment preparation, responsibility checks, and document generation are designed to reduce the repetitive administrative work associated with utility management.
The QuickBooks integration is designed to replace hundreds of individual journal entries with one import per processing cycle.
Automated exception detection and consolidated reporting are designed to help Dominion's team identify unusual utility consumption, payment issues, and accounts requiring attention.
Human approval remains central to the payment process, ensuring that critical financial decisions stay in the hands of authorized employees.
This project demonstrates what's possible when automation is built around a company's actual operations instead of forcing a business to adapt to generic software.
For Dominion Financial, Strat AI Solutions delivered a custom-built system designed to transform a complex, repetitive utility management process into a coordinated, scalable workflow.

Founder, Chairman & CEO
I started my entrepreneurial journey in high school by founding and later selling Quick Check, an automated student attendance solution. During an internship at Creative Lending Solutions in Schaumburg, Illinois, I saw how much time repetitive, manual workflows consumed. That experience inspired me to found Strat AI Solutions while still in high school.
I previously attended DePaul University and am now pursuing my associate degree at Harper College while growing Strat AI.
As Founder and CEO, I lead strategy, growth, and operations, including business development, sales, client relationships, and strategic partnerships. I work closely with our team to turn real business challenges into AI-powered solutions with meaningful, measurable results.
I’m excited by AI’s ability to change how businesses operate and give people time back. I love building something from the ground up, solving difficult problems, and turning ideas into real value.
You’ll find me fishing, playing guitar, gaming, or exploring a new interest. I enjoy learning new skills and finding new ways to challenge myself.
Founding Team & CGO
I’m a junior studying Computer Science at Penn State University, with an interest in both building technology and growing a business around it. My development background helps me connect those two sides: understanding what’s technically possible, how it fits a client’s operations, and where it can make a meaningful difference. At Strat AI, I bring that perspective to both our growth efforts and the projects we deliver.
As Chief Growth Officer, I’m responsible for helping Strat AI scale and building the relationships that support that growth. I focus on connecting with businesses, understanding their challenges, and showing where our team can help. I also contribute on the technical side when needed, using my development skills to support projects and stay close to the work behind our client commitments.
I’m passionate about helping others, and that shapes how I approach our work. I want clients to feel heard, understand what we’re building, and see their problems getting solved. I care about the details that make a solution useful in someone’s everyday work, and I push for results our team can stand behind. Growing Strat AI means earning people’s trust, delivering on our promises, and giving clients a reason to keep working with us.
Outside of Strat AI, I trade the futures market, spend time in the gym, and follow my interest in cars. Trading challenges me to stay disciplined and make thoughtful decisions under uncertainty, while working out gives me a way to push myself and build consistency. Cars are another interest I enjoy exploring, from the engineering behind them to the experience of driving.
Chief Technology Officer
I’m a software engineer with a background in data science, automation, and engineering project management. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Data Science from Penn State and am completing a Master of Computer Science in Software Engineering at the University of Sydney.
I’m CTO and Technical Lead at Strat AI, which I joined in August 2025. I own technical delivery across our projects, from scoping and architecture through to shipping. Day to day, I build reliable automation with Python, TypeScript, Playwright, and n8n, making sure what we build solves the client’s problem.
I love turning slow, manual work into something that just runs, especially the moment a client sees a process that used to take hours happen in minutes. AI is moving fast, and I’m excited about making it practical and dependable for real businesses.
AI is as much a hobby as it is my job. I spend my free time experimenting with new models and tools, building side projects, and attending Sydney’s tech and automation meetups to see what others are building. Away from the screen, I love cooking, going to the gym, and playing badminton.
Founding Team & COO
I’m a management student at Penn State University. My background spans business development, AI and private equity sales, and team leadership, with experience across startups, student organizations, and student government.

I’ve been with Strat AI since May 2025. When I discovered the company’s LinkedIn page, I saw a strong mission in its early stages. I cold-emailed Yaseen and told him, “I can’t build your tech stack, but I can sell the vision.” That conversation led to me joining the founding team and receiving equity and voting rights in the company.
I’m an impact-driven person. Whether through my work or by advising and supporting my friends, I enjoy helping the people around me grow and succeed.
I’m an avid violinist and have played works by Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Bach, and Mozart. I also enjoy long runs in scenic places, traveling to new destinations, and spending time with family and friends.
