What does this cost?
The Jumpstart Sprint is $2,999 flat at the Beta founding rate. Payment is made in full through Stripe before Day 1.
What if it doesn't work?
The Sprint is backed by a 30-day support-then-refund guarantee tied to the acceptance criteria we agree on before the build starts.
What exactly is the "sprint"?
A focused build where we ship one selected workflow end-to-end: scoped, implemented on your tools, tested, deployed, and handed off with documentation + training.
What counts as a workflow?
Typically up to ~3 triggers, ~20 steps, and ~3 integrations. That's enough for a meaningful document collection/onboarding flow, follow-up routing, and basic status visibility.
Do you replace our tools?
No. We build on your existing stack (Google/Microsoft 365, CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, Make/Zapier, email). Zero rip-and-replace is a core rule for us.
What if we don't have a "real" stack yet?
Usually not a fit for the Sprint. If you do not have a CRM, scheduling, e-sign, and active workflow tools in place, the build will be limited until the basics exist. Teams with 50+ employees and multi-department needs should email us about Custom Builds instead.
Do you offer anything beyond the Sprint?

How fast can we start?
Your start date is confirmed once payment and the required access assets are received.
How do you handle edge cases and failures?
We build with operational reliability in mind: retries/backoff where needed, safe "re-run" paths, and a clear manual fallback so the workflow never becomes a single point of failure.
What happens after delivery?
You get training, an SOP + admin runbook, a handoff checklist, and a short week-2 support window for small refinements so the workflow sticks.
